In 2019 I began my search for a new home. Despite the many searches, nothing felt like home. One day a friend asked if I would be interested in building a home. With much consideration, I began looking for lots. I stumbled on a new subdivision Westlake. The owner of the lot was Jared Mayfield. Immediately with contacting him, I knew he was someone I could communicate with, express my concerns and to give me direction as this was my first time building a home as a single woman.
Jared and his team created a plan with online access to invoices, updated approvals and plans. There were times when I was nervous and exhausted with all the decisions. However, Jared walked me through each step of the process. My house was built in the middle of COVID. There were so many delays, but the team continued to work and push through. Needless to say – I feel like I am home. The craftsmanship and attention to details were great. The subcontractors were always willing to help. I am very thankful to Jared and his team.
